Choose your package

Choose raw space or a furnished and equipped package. Both furnished and equipped studios include tables, chairs, food warmers/chafers, and drink coolers. Round tables are available upon request. Studio A also includes ice, a Bluetooth speaker, and a bar area.

HOURLY STUDIO RENTAL

4-hour minimum

Choose your own start and end time. Setup and breakdown are included in your selected hours. Rates below are for one studio.

Friday–Saturday$250/hour
Sunday$235/hour
Friendsgiving / Friendsmas Special$125/hour

Both studios: double the standard hourly rate. Discounts are approved and applied by KAYA. Promotions are for one studio and up to 20 guests on eligible dates only.

Estimates cover rental only, calculated from your selected hours. Four-hour minimum for every booking. Cleaning is $150 for one studio or $250 for both, charged separately. Security is mandatory for both studios: 3 guards at $30 per guard per hour; final hours are confirmed by KAYA. Rates use the event start date, including overnight events. Equipment inclusions, availability, discounts and final fees require approval. Peerspace bookings follow the prices and terms shown there.
